[SMM Weekly Review: New Order Prices of Film Expected to Decline in June, with the Center of EVA Transaction Prices Continuing to Fall] This week, the price of PV-grade EVA was 10,100-10,400 yuan/mt, the mainstream price range of EVA film was 13,000-13,200 yuan/mt, and the price range of EPE film was 14,500-15,000 yuan/mt.

SMM May 28 News:

EVA: This week, the price of PV-grade EVA ranged from 10,100 to 10,400 yuan/mt, with the transaction center continuing to move downward. The demand for foaming-grade and cable-grade EVA slowed down, and prices also fell significantly. It is expected that the new order prices of film in June will decline due to weak demand. The transaction pace in the EVA market has slowed down, with overall transactions being average. Film enterprises have a strong wait-and-see sentiment. It is anticipated that EVA prices will remain under pressure.

Film: The mainstream price range of EVA film is 13,000 to 13,200 yuan/mt, while the price range of EPE film is 14,500 to 15,000 yuan/mt. The cost side has seen a pullback in the price of PV-grade EVA resin, providing cost support for the downward movement of film prices. On the demand side, affected by the decline in module prices, demand is weak, and it is expected that the new order prices of film in June will decline.

POE: The domestic delivery-to-factory price of POE has stabilized at 12,000 to 14,000 yuan/mt. Under the dual pressures of gradually weakening demand and the successive release of new capacity, it is expected that the price of PV-grade POE will be under pressure.

[SMM PV News] Armenia Hits 1.1 GW Solar Capacity,
Armenia’s cumulative solar capacity has surged to 1.1 GW following the addition of approximately 615 MW in 2025. This rapid expansion has pushed solar's share of electricity generation to around 15%, effectively meeting the country's 2030 target years ahead of schedule. The growth is heavily driven by a net-metering scheme supporting over 50,000 autonomous producers (totaling 650 MW), though the government ended loan subsidies for rooftop solar in July to shift focus toward battery storage.
